LiteManager cost is calculated based on the number of required licenses, 1 license - 1 managed computer. Depending on the number of licenses purchased, there are discounts that reduce the base cost of the 1st license.

How to calculate the cost of a license?
1. Example for 10 computers
The cost of one license $10, then $10, so
$10 * 10 = $100 – the cost of the license package for 10 computers.
2. Example for 50 computers
The cost of one license $9, then
$9 * 50 = $450 – the cost of the license package for 50 computers.
3. Example for 100 computers
The cost of one license $8, then $8 * 100 = $800 – the cost of the license package for 100 computers.

HelpDesk license
HelpDesk license - based on the number of active channels (connections), the number of server (LM Server max. 1000) and client (LM Viewer) modules is not limited, but not more than 1000 PCs.
One active channel is equal to one active contact in the list, work with which can be carried out simultaneously in several modes. HelpDesk license can be used on several LM Viewer clients at the same time, while each LM Viewer will have one (or more) active contacts.

About license
The LiteManager license is also a HelpDesk license intended also for companies that provide QuickSupport mode to their customers. Thus, this license allows you to install LiteManager Server on computers that do not belong to your organization.
LiteManager software for remote control of computers consists of from two separate parts: Server (on a remote computer) and Viewer (on the local computer). Server only requires licensing, Viewer is distributed free of charge and can be used on any number of computers in your organization.

For convenience, the license key is entered in the license manager in the LiteManager Viewer module. (Main Menu, Help - License Management).
If you need to purchase a license key for servers of one organization, and another organization must use remote access, then the license key can be transferred to the use of another organization, only to access these servers, by confirming the transfer by written agreement of both parties.
